Chud1: Parliamentaryism is almost always a wasted form. It had some good results: it created the illusory participation of majorities in the government. I say illusory, because it has been proven that the people cannot and will never be represented by representatives that they do not know how to choose. Therefore, the people always remain strangers to the government. But, on the other hand, it is precisely to parliamentarism that the people owe their existence. The pride of the crowds was increased by the elective regime. The stature of the individual was elevated by the idea of representation. This idea, however, completely distorted the assessment of intelligence, exaggerating the value of eloquence beyond measure. This inconvenience is getting worse day by day.
